Overview
An intelligent, rack-optimized system designed for the commissioning and load testing of power supply systems, liquid-cooled cabinets, and Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs).
This integrated unit delivers a total capacity of 228kW, comprising a 180kW liquid-cooled unit and a 48kW air-cooled unit. To ensure high-precision testing, both units support continuous and stepped load adjustments with a 1kW minimum step. The equipment is engineered for durability andhigh-demand environments, utilizing 304 stainless steel pipelines, Class F insulation, and high-flow fans for reliable heat dissipation.
For operational control and safety, the unit is equipped with a 7.5" touchscreen HMI that monitors real-time parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates and supports both local and remote Modbus-based communication. A multi-level safety logic is integrated to protect the equipment, providing automated responses ranging from warnings and alarms to emergency trips for conditions such as low flow rates, over-temperature, and leakage. Designed for scalability, multiple units can be paralleled for higher capacity requirements, while the compact dimensions ensure seamless integration into standard data centre racks. This system provides a scalable, high-efficiency solution for demanding load tests, ensuring both reliability and operational adaptability.

The system supports both continuous and granular stepped adjustments with a minimum resolution of 1kW. This allows for exact simulation across the 180kW liquid-cooled and 48kW air-cooled sections:
