CxL2 to CxL5 — Core Site Lifecycle

CX Level 2
DELIVERY & PRE-STARTUP
Rigorous on-site inspection upon equipment arrival. We complete standardized delivery, storage, and architectural room readiness checklists. Every component is verified against approved submittals and inspected for physical installation quality before static dead testing begins.
CX Level 3
SYSTEMS START-UP
The critical path of safe equipment energization. Working closely with vendors and contractors, we execute pre-functional start-up scripts to validate exact firmware versions, operational setpoints, and localized control configurations. Systems are left fully operational and ready for dynamic testing.
CX Level 4
FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE TESTING
Dynamic, single-system validation. We push equipment to its operational limits, validating standalone control logic, specific sequences of operation, and critical safety interlocks against the design intent and OPR. Includes infrared thermographic scanning under load.
CX Level 5
INTEGRATED SYSTEMS TESTING
Holistic facility validation and failure mode simulation. We bring all mechanical, electrical, and monitoring systems together under artificial heat and power loads. Our team directs complex cross-system scenarios, including full black-building utility failures and redundant failovers, to prove total facility resilience.
